Studio 16 Photography - Frequently Asked Questions.
What do you charge?
Details of prices can be found on our Wedding Collections page. These prices are guaranteed not to increase from the date of booking even if our prices change before your wedding.
What deposit must I pay?
None! In over 30 years of business we have not found it necessary to take a deposit.
When do I pay?
Six weeks after your wedding. This is when Preview Prints are returned, the fee is paid, and payment made for any reprints ordered by family and friends.
How do I book?
Just complete and return a booking form to us. We will enter the details in our diary and write to you confirming the booking. We will contact you again four weeks before your wedding to ensure the information we have is unchanged.
Do I meet the photographer before the wedding?
If youd like to; we can make an appointment for you with your photographer.
When does the photographer arrive at the wedding?
The photographer will be in attendance 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.
How long should we allow for photographs to be taken?
Although the circumstances of each wedding vary, a maximum of one and a half hours after the ceremony will be sufficient time for all the photographs to be taken.
When will I see my photographs?
Preview Prints size 7x5 will be ready for collection or posting within 10 days of your wedding.
Do I get to keep the Previews?
No, Previews Prints remain the property of Studio 16 Photography under copyright laws and should be returned with your orders and payment six weeks after the wedding.
How long before I get my finished photographs and wedding album?
We aim to have all work completed within four weeks of receipt.
Is an album included in the fee?
No, sometimes people have been given the gift of an album and dont want to pay an inclusive price for something they already have.
How much do albums from Studio 16 cost?
We have a wide variety of albums, some imported from Italy, France and Holland with prices ranging from £30 - £150. A selection can be viewed on our Wedding Albums page.
Do I have to buy an album from Studio 16?
No, we can mount the photographs in your own album for the nominal fee of £35 to cover the time and materials involved.
Can I get the photographs on a disc?
Yes, we can supply a Low Resolution disc of all your photographs for £35 or a High Resolution disc for £175.
